Through PurposedHR, she equips leaders, optimizes HR practices, and transforms workplace culture. Sara holds a degree in psychology and business from Lee University and is certified in DDI, DiSC, and The Five Behaviors, enhancing her expertise in leadership effectiveness.

She began her career as a solo HR practitioner in a family-owned business and later led HR strategies for global manufacturers. While based in Georgia, Sara partners with businesses nationwide. Beyond her work, she enjoys community service and travel adventures.
